I carve the radius fully to my score line on the inner curve of the heart. To match the window muntin there needs to be an 1/8" fillet ( a shoulder ) as on the face of the heart, this will become clear once you see it done,( shown on the first picture of the Heart, three pics back ).This will be done by eye. >
