Exhibit: "The First Thirty Years"

This picture and the next fifteen on my website ending with the top view of the upper case of a New Marlborough, Ma. Chest on Chest is from a "Thirty Year" exhibit of my work held at the Woodbury, Ct. Public Library in the month of November, 2002. Ostensibly, most of the work shown was loaned from my clients, with several of my own mixed in. This exhibit shows a small portion of the body of my work over these three decades. Kast. Kingston, New York

This Kast is fashioned after the original shown in
"American Kasten" #10, P.54, with enhancements at the desire of my client, which happens quite often:
Curled maple, Birdseye maple and White pine, all the curled maple is from the same log. I added the moulding in the frieze, just below the Crown moulding, and spiral carvings on each side of the drawer. The escutcheon is the sliding moulding in the center between the doors. 2002.
