This cupboard as the previous one was missing from a circa 1740 house in Essex, Ct. The thinking was that many pieces were sold during the depression, furniture and built-ins. The beauty was that the impression of the mouldings were on the beam casings, wainscoting, ceiling and floor. The original front door facade had the pilasters, flowers and mouldings, so, I made a drawing my clients agreed upon and were happy with. 2003.
